Product UX/UI Design
I started off in pure UX, and over time grew my interface design skills. I've worked with android, hybrid mobile applications, web applications, progressive web applications, and websites. If I can follow Government of Canada design standards, I can follow any standards. Next, bring on the IOT!
Service/Program Design
I see the big picture and make sense of it to everyone else. I find user and business needs quickly, and design human interactions to have compassion and grace. I leave no detail untouched, and no stakeholder unenlightened.
Business/Innovation Design
An entrepreneur at heart, I love helping companies grow their infrastructure, whether it's how they sell, market, or how their product works. I include sustainable and socially equitable metrics and practices. And try to work with organizations who are making the world a better place.
Capacity Building/Co-design
I believe that inclusion in problem solving increases equity and democracy. I've taught adult learners, industry professionals, and public servants design, agile, and lean skills through co-design, lessons and workshops. Building people up on such an empowering way to solve problems is my greatest joy.
