I can guide teams to conduct research to uncover any type of problem. I have proven an ability to choose the best tool for the job, and ensuring interventions are ethical, uphold regulations, and participatory. A master at finding the difference between what you say you do and what you really do.
Capacity building
A certified "train the trainer", I have experience leading project-based, experiential learning through my time teaching and product managing at RED Academy. Whether we work hand-in-hand, or I'm on the side lines coaching, I can help your team develop their curiosities and agile capacities.
Product design
I design websites and applications to WCAG 2.0 AAA standards. I can learn new mediums quickly and design within a system. My work with Transport Canada won our team, the #DigitalDroneCollective won an award for "Embracing the Digital Mindset" from the CIO's of Canada.
Organizational change
Culture and work experience is what I love. As a Code for Canada Fellow I have been working on the digital and cultural changes at Transport Canada. My passion is systems change. I believe we can build equity and revitalize democracy with this work. And it starts by bringing our best selves to work.
